INGREDIENTS 
14 oz organic, grass-fed ribeye steak 
4 T organic butter
2 t Himalayan’s Finest salt 

DIRECTIONS 

Allow steak to become room temperature 
Set oven to 450
Mix softened butter with salt
Dry steak off patting with a towel
Apply butter mixture liberally on entire steak
Heat iron skillet on High
Add remaining butter mixture to skillet 
Place steak into sizzling butter 30-40 seconds each side
Put steak, still in the iron skillet into the oven.
Cook steak for one minute each side for a medium cooked steak.
Remove from oven and allow to rest for a few minutes
