Big T’s Gorgonzola sauce w/ Himalayan’s Finest Pink Salt
INGREDIENTS
Heavy whipping cream (2 cups)
5 oz Gorgonzola cheese (crumbled)
2 T parmesan cheese (grated)
1 t of ground black pepper
1/2 t of Himalayans Finest pink salt (fine)
DIRECTIONS
Boil the cream until boiling while continuously stirring until desired consistency,
Add all other ingredients and stir.
Put cream over any protein, vegetable or potato dish
