Chocolate with Himalayan’s Finest Pink salt
This can be as simple as buying a variety of chocolates, allowing them to get soft at room temperature, sprinkle Himalayan’s Finest pink salt on chocolates and put in the freezer for an hour. -or-
INGREDIENTS
16oz bittersweet chocolate chips
1 C heavy whipping cream
1t vanilla
1/4 C cocoa powder
2 t of Himalayan’s Finest pink salt
DIRECTIONS
Bring heavy cream to a boil in saucepan.
Add chips and vanilla
Whisk until smooth
Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours
Use small ice cream scoop to form round chocolate balls
Dust in cocoa powder and Himalayan’s Finest pink salt.
