INGREDIENTS
2 lbs beets
Olive Oil
Dried thyme
Himalayan’s Finest
DIRECTIONS
Clean beets thoroughly
remove tops and bottoms
using a mandolin, slice beets to desired thickness
put beets in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil
add Himalayan’s Finest pink salt to beets and toss
place beets on a baking sheet evenly
bake at 200* for approximately 2 hours turning beets over every 30 minutes.
remove chips from oven and sprinkle with the dried thyme.
Add more of HF pink salt if needed
