INGREDIENTS
1 gallon filtered water
1/3 c of sugar
1/3 c Himalayan’s Finests salt
2 T lemon zest
 
DIRECTIONS
Place the pot of water on medium heat
add sugar, lemon zest and Himalayan’s Finest salt to water
once sugar is disolved remove from heat
allow brine to cool
add meat to brine and allow 6 hours to overnight for protein to marinate.
remove meat from brine and air dry for two hours before grilling or roasting meat.
 
The Brine will make the meat very tender and juicy.
