Big T’s caramel crumble bars
1 16.5 oz sugar cookie dough roll
1/2 c caramel topping
2 T flour
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/2 t Himalayan’s Finest pink salt
Set oven to 350*
spray 8-inch baking pain w/ cooking spray press cookie dough in bottom of pan,reserving 1/2 c of dough.
bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown cool 10 minutes
in small bowl, stir caramel and flour until well blended.
pour caramel mix over baked cookie dough.
in small bowl combine remaining pecans with remaining cookie dough crumbled.
sprinkle crumble mixture over bars in pan
bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown
cool 1 hour
