INGREDIENTS
1 Lb chicken breast (sliced thin)
1 c tomatoes (diced)
1 T basil (chopped)
1 t olive oil
black pepper (to taste)
1 c balsamic vinegar
Himalayans Finest pink salt (taste)
DIRECTIONS
Season chicken with Himalayan’s Finest pink salt and pepper
grill chicken to the desired doneness
(no longer pink)
in a bowl combine tomatoes, basil, olive oil, pepper, and HFpink salt and stir
place vinegar in a saucepan and boil until it thickens to a glaze consistency
place chicken on toasted bruschetta, top with tomato mixture and drizzle with balsamic glaze
