Big T’s Italian Artichoke

INGREDIENTS
1 large Artichoke
1 t Himalayan’s Finest salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/4 c Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c of grated Italian cheese (Parmesan Reggiano)
3 T olive oil

DIRECTIONS
Cut stem off Artichoke and trip ends off all the leaves
Steam in covered pot for 1 hour. Be sure to add more water as needed
Allow to cool
Remove center of Artichoke including inedible fuzz
Drizzle olive oil over and between leaves
Combine salt,pepper,bread crumbs and cheese together
Stuff Artichoke with dry ingredients
Add more olive oil if needed
Bake in oven on 350 until browned
