1 c sundried tomatoes
(soaked overnight w/ water)
1 1/2 c pitted dates (soaked overnight w/ water)
2 1/2 c cherry tomatoes
4 red chilies
2 garlic cloves
6 T balsamic vinegar
4 t white wine vinegar
1 t paprika
1/2 t Himalayan’s Finest pink salt
Blend all ingredients in blender with 1/2 c of the date soaking Water.
Pour into airtight container
Use on omelette, meats, fish, veggies. Spice up any dish and enjoy!
