Big T’s Cauliflower Alfredo Recipe
6 garlic cloves
1/4 c olive oil
2 c water
1 t Himalayans Finest pink salt
Black pepper (to taste)
Cut up the cauliflower head into florets and boil in 2 cups of water.
Saute garlic in olive oil just until tender.
Put all ingredients into a blender (food processor)
Blend with pasta. And/or Top anything to add flavor and the creamy texture.
