HIMALAYAN’S FINEST PINK SALT BASIL PESTO

INGREDIENTS:

2 c basil leaves
1 c pine nuts ( or your favorite nut)
1/4 c Parmesan Reggiano Italian cheese (grated)
1/4 c olive oil
1 garlic clove
1/2 lemon (juiced)
Himalayans Finest pink salt (to taste)
DIRECTIONS
roast nuts in toaster oven
add all ingredients to a food processor, blend well
add to pasta, fish, meat and vegetable dishes
keep refrigerated
