Himalayan’s Finest salted coconut topping

INGREDIENTS
1 c coconut chips
1 T coconut oil
Himalayan’s Finest pink fine salt (to taste)

DIRECTIONS
In a sauté pan, melt the coconut oil on medium heat
Add coconut chips stirring constantly
Sprinkle Himalayan’s Finest fine salt over coconut
Sauté until desired browning color occurs.
Use topping for yogurt, ice cream, or cereal
It adds a salty-sweet flavor and gives food great texture
