Power Green Soup with Himalayan’s Finest Pink Salt
3 c greens(kale,spinach,chard)
1 c bone broth (organic chicken or vegetable)
1 T coconut oil
1/2 lemon juiced
2 celery stalks
2 garlic cloves
2 T pumpkin seeds (shelled)
Himalayans Finest Pink Salt( to taste)
cashew or coconut cream
Heat coconut oil in pan(medium) sauté garlic, add greens, squeeze lemon over greens and sprinkle Himalayan’s Finest pink salt on greens.
Combine greens, warmed broth and remaining ingredients to a Vitamix or blender
pour into bowls
swirl some cashew cream on top and sprinkle toasted pumpkin seeds atop.
