Roasted Lamb Skewers with Himalayan’s Finest
1 Lbs of lamb (cubed)
6 Galicia cloves (minced)
1 lemon (juiced & zest)
4 fresh Rosemary stems(leaves removes)
1 T dijon mustard
1/2 c olive oil
1 t black pepper
Himalayans Finest pink salt (to taste)
Place rosemary leaves in small food processor and grind
add garlic,olive oil,Dijon mustard,lemon juice and zest,black pepper and Himalayan’s Finest pink salt.
pulse marinade until desired consistency.
place cubed lamb and marinade in ziplock bag.
marinade for 4-6 hours to overnight.
pierce lamb cubes on stainless steel skewers.
grill lamb or broil in oven to desired doneness.
