Big T’s Himalayan’s Finest | Pink Salt Recipe
Taco Casserole

1 pound ground beef
1 c salsa (your choice)
1/2 c onion (chopped)
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 T chili powder
1 t ground cumin
2 c tortilla chips (divided)
4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded (divided)
4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese shredded (divided)
preheat oven to 350*
saute ground beef until cooked(no longer pink)
remove liquid from pan.
add To the cooked meat the onion, salsa, mayonnaise, chili powder, cumin, pepper, and Himalayan’s Finest pink salt
remove from heat
spread half of the beef mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish
spread half of the tortilla chips on top of beef mixture
add half of both kinds of cheese atop tortilla chips layer
repeat layer, ending with the cheeses
cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes
